Morpho Collective, Inc. (“Morpho”) is a Delaware nonprofit nonstock corporation that is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Morpho accomplishes these purposes by educating the public and training individuals about art, design, psychology, spirituality, feminism, and the environment. Morpho is awaiting its determination letter from the IRS confirming that it is described in section 501(c)(3) and eligible to receive deductible contributions after its formation date on August 30, 2024.
